Alice Woodwark

Alice is an experienced operational leader with a decade of experience in senior Managing Director roles for UK PLCs.

Alice joined Mitie as Managing Director, Communities, in 2021. Prior to this she served Compass Group, a global FTSE 100 soft services provider, in a number of roles including Group Head of Strategy and M&A and Managing Director positions for Compass UK. Alice started her career with management consultancy McKinsey & Co. Here she worked extensively across the UK and USA for clients in hospitality and infrastructure sectors.

Alice is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Vistry PLC, the UK’s largest housebuilder. She holds an MBA from Stanford GSB.
